As if it were not ordinary to practice holistic approaches to health and wellness. Another tool that is becoming more popular today is lesson cards, oracles cards, healing energy cards, angel cards, crystal cards, moon cards, tarot cards; whatever the author wants to call them. They are cards of pictures with symbolic meanings, words of wisdom, items of nature, questions for contemplation, some relating to astrology, etc…––They can be very useful and are to be taken light heartedly.”   Author’s comment–––whatever tool you use in accordance with your own intuition and logic––it should never be used as a ritual unless you are in prayer with God, Jesus
